Who is this course for:
This course is for persons looking to maintain their existing EEHA competencies. The program makes use of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) to maximise efficiency – candidates make use of their previous education, thereby minimising the need for additional training.
Entry Requirements
Candidates for this course must have previously completed either our EEHA Installation, Maintenance & Inspection or Hazardous Area Design program (or equivalent course with another training provider) and be able to demonstrate currency of skills through current or recent industry employment.
Duration and delivery:
The course is 2-days duration when delivered face-to-face. Please note, we are no longer running our public programs, therefore should you wish to do face-to-face training we can do this for groups of 6 or more people.
The course is also available online. Our online content covers the latest standards changes and includes a knowledge assessment to demonstrate that your knowledge is current (click here for a preview). You will also be required to provide evidence that your skills are current by submitting a third party report e.g. from a supervisor or colleague.
Please note, due to changes in the UEE training package, we are no longer able to re-issue Statements of Attainment for hazardous area competencies based on refresher training. On successful completion of the course (i.e. on passing the assessment) you will be issued with a certificate of completion. If you would like further clarification on this, please contact us
